Individual & Family Therapy

We provide a supportive environment to explore emotions, behaviors, and relationships while developing strategies to promote growth and well-being. We focus on understanding family dynamics to improve communication, resolve conflicts, address challenges, and strengthen relationships to develop healthier ways of interacting and supporting each other.

Psychological Evaluations

We provide both targeted and comprehensive assessments to better understand emotional, behavioral, cognitive, and social functioning and provide recommendations to support the individual and the family. The process includes standardized psychological tests and a clinical interview. Families should anticipate spending 2 to 4 hours for the appointment. We understand families are busy and can discuss flexible options to meet your needs.

Individual & Group Counseling

We provide individual support in developing skills to improve emotional regulation, decision-making, problem-solving, and social skills to manage challenges and work toward personal and family goals to improve well-being.

Our groups offer opportunities with peers to practice skills learned in individual and family services to gain a better understanding of themselves and to reinforce and support our members to use what they have learned in daily life, not just at the office.

Psychoeducation

We offer a variety of opportunities to our families and the community to learn more about important topics in mental health including emotional well-being, self-care, diagnoses, behaviors, symptoms, and treatment options. We have several existing topics and can tailor presentations to meet the needs of the community.

Fee For Service Rates:

  • Intake Assessment: $75 (one time fee)

  • Individual & Family Therapy: $50/session

  • Individual Counseling: $50/session

  • Group Counseling: $20/session

  • Psychological Evaluation: $1000-$1400

  • Psychoeducation: Rates vary. Please contact us for more information.

Note: For psychological evaluations, rates vary depending on referral question. You will be provided a quote and half will be due at the time of the appointment. The remaining balance must be paid to receive the completed psychological evaluation report.

Insurance:

We are not currently credentialed with any insurance providers. As an out-of-network provider, we can give you any neccessary documentation to submit for reimbursement.

However, we anticipate pursuing credentialing with the following insurance providers:

  • AHCCCS (including Banner University Health Plans, Arizona Complete Health, & Mercy Care)

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield

  • United Health Care

  • Tricare

  • Others as needed
